Andrew Simpson is Operational Director at Cybit Ltd and over a decade of experience in IT, Cloud, Infrastructure, and service delivery. Previous positions at Beeso IT, Atlas Cloud, and Aspire Technology Solutions have enabled him to develop his skills in technical consultancy, technology service operations and leadership of high performing teams.

Since joining Cybit in 2021, Andrew has headed up both our Support and Technical delivery functions and has been a driving force behind the company’s operational excellence goals and his strategic vision and hands-on approach have significantly enhanced Cybit’s service delivery capabilities.

Andrew is particularly passionate about customer experience, consistently challenging himself and those around him to exceed client expectations at every touchpoint. His efforts have been instrumental in maintaining a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 90+, reflecting the high level of satisfaction across Cybit’s clients.

Andrew’s leadership style is characterised by his commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
