They partnered with Cybit to design, build, and manage a modern, flexible hybrid IT environment—ensuring frontline staff could focus on delivering life-changing education, sport, and wellbeing programmes across the North East community.
Launching a world-class community hub demanded more than a traditional IT setup. The Foundation needed a resilient, secure, and scalable technology platform to support a wide range of activities—across classrooms, esports zones, offices, and public spaces—seven days a week. They needed seamless integration of cloud, on-premise, and SaaS technologies, all underpinned by around-the-clock support to ensure operational excellence at every level.
