Scott is a fully qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of board level experience after having trained with Deloitte in the early stage of his career.

Scott brings a wealth of commercial and financial knowledge gained from roles within some of the North East’s flagship companies, has worked in private equity-backed businesses for the past 13 years and overseen 2 exits resulting in significant investor returns.

Over his career to date, Scott has been instrumental in driving high‐growth acquisition strategies. Included in his achievements are 40+ acquisitions and integrations, fund raising in both banking and private equity sectors, group accounting across multiple companies and delivering a finance function that satisfies the requirements of a listed business on the London Stock Exchange.
