Asked what one piece of advice Kelly would give to the next generation of female business women she said.

“Surround yourself with people who simultaneously support you, but also challenge you and will give you honest feedback. I talk about the people who are your ‘radiators’, those who give you energy and you feel better when you have interacted with them. Make sure you have plenty of those around in your work and personal life”.
