Quarterly Anonymous Surveys

Conducted quarterly by all employees, our anonymous engagement survey allows us to see how the overall company is feeling, and any suggestions on improving this. In our last survey, more than 3 in 4 employees said they would recommend Cybit.

Employee Engagement Committee

Our ‘EEC’ are here to seek feedback from the teams with ideas on how to continue to make Cybit a great place to work and interact together.

Regular 121s

At least monthly, everyone has a 121 session with their manager to give a dedicated time to catch up, seek feedback and discuss any learning opportunities.

Employee Assistance Programme

We recognise the importance of wellbeing in the workplace, and the impact and pressures modern life has both inside and outside of work. We offer the EAP to support these challenges.
